Michele Fletcher’s paintings explore growth, transformation, and material instability through fluid, process-driven methods. Developed wet-into-wet within a single sustained duration, her works generate seamless yet unstable forms that hover between the organic and the synthetic. Fletcher constructs visual ecologies in which gesture, colour, and material enact processes of emergence, compression, and dissolution. These paintings function as dynamic fields where structure and disruption remain in tension.Michele Fletcher (Ontario, Canada), lives and works in London.
